______________________________________________________ Mr Brijesh Pathak, with Mr Dulraj Jain, Ms Aditi Ravidas & Ms Vaishnavi Murkute, for the Petitioner.

CORAM

M.S. Sonak & Advait M. Sethna, JJ.

DATED:

23 September 2025 PC:- 1.

Heard Mr Pathak for the Petitioner and Ms Vyas for the Respondents.

2.

Ms Vyas points out that the Petitioner has an alternate AMOL PREMNATH JADHAV and efficacious remedy of an appeal.

AMOL PREMNATH JADHAV Date: 2025.09.26 12:42:35 +0530 3.

Mr Pathak submits that this is a case of breach of natural justice and therefore, the Petitioner ought not to be relegated to the remedy of an appeal.

4.

By keeping open the objection as to alternate remedy now raised, we direct the Respondents to file an affidavit so that the argument based on alleged breach of natural justice

22-WP-11458-2025.DOCX can be appreciated. Such affidavit should be filed and served by 17 October 2025. Rejoinder if any, should be filed and served by 4 November 2025.

5.

Mr Pathak presses for ad-interim relief. The orders impugned are made between the years 2022 to 2024. Accordingly, without even considering the reply of the Respondents, we do not think that any case is made out for grant of any ad-interim reliefs. Therefore, the prayer for adinterim relief is denied. 6.

List the matter on 11 November 2025.
