Mr. Jagtap, learned Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos.1 to 6 in Writ Petition No.7800 of 2025 and Mr. Ingale, learned Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos.1 to 3 and 5 in Writ Petition No.11467 of 2025, state that a companion Petition, being Writ Petition No.1357 of 2026, has been filed by the Petitioner in Writ Petition No.7800 of 2025 before the Principal Bench of the Bombay High Court. It is further submitted that, by Order dated 3rd February 2026, a Division Bench [Coram: Shree Chandrashekhar, CJ & Gautam A. Ankhad, J.] has directed the transfer of Writ Petition No.11454 of 2025, pending before the Kolhapur Circuit Bench, to the Principal Bench to be heard along with the said Writ Petition No.1357 of 2026.

Both the learned Counsel submit that the said Respondents, namely Respondent Nos.1 to 3 and 5, will file an appropriate Application seeking transfer of these Writ Petitions before the Principal Bench of the Bombay High Court.
