Heard Mr. Kadam, learned Senior Advocate for the petitioners. 2.

We propose to hear these petitions on 16th January 2026. So far as the petition iled by Kazim Security Group is concerned, we ind from the impugned order that 'Kazim Security Group' was treated as a sister concern of 'Sonu Services Solapur' and hence, the impugned order proceeds on the footing that as Sonu Services Solapur is heard, there is no need to hear Kazim Security Group. 3.

This petition was heard for some time. Mr. Ingale, submits on instructions that Kazim Security Group shall be given an opportunity of hearing by the Appellate Authority. The impugned order passed by the Appellate Authority so far as Kazim Security Group is concerned, is therefore set aside. The Appellate Authority shall hear Kazim Security Group and pass a fresh order in Appeal within a period of 15 days from 23rd December 2025.

The Kazim Security Group shall appear before the Appellate Authority on 23rd December 2025 at 11.00 a.m. The Kazim Security Group shall co-operate with the Appellate Authority and shall not ask for any adjournment.

It is open for the Appellate Authority to pass appropriate orders after hearing Kazim Security Group.
