Petitioners are aggrieved by the order dated 21.08.2025 inasmuch as the Petitioners' establishments located within the jurisdiction of Khadak, Vishrambaug and Faraskhana Police Stations stand closed for 12 days i.e. from 27.08.2025 to 07.09.2025. 2.
According to Ms.Veena Thadani, learned counsel for the Petitioners the said restriction for 12 days is not there for other establishments located in other jurisdictions. Prasad 1/2

Learned AGP on instructions submits that the impugned order will be withdrawn and a fresh order will be issued, by which establishments in which Petitioners' establishment is also located i.e. within the jurisdiction of Khadak, Vishrambaug and Faraskhana Police Stations will be directed to be kept closed only on 27.08.2025, 31.08.2025, 02.09.2025, 06.09.2025 and 07.09.2025. 4.
Learned Counsel for the Petitioners has no objection to the statement made by the learned AGP.

Considering the aforesaid statement made by learned AGP, nothing survives for further consideration in this Petition. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.

Fresh order to be issued by the concerned authority today itself.

Learned AGP to convey the said order to the concerned authority to enable them to do the needful.

All the parties to act on an authenticated copy of this order.
