Considering the narrow controversy involved in this Petition, we are inclined to make an endeavour to hear the Petition inally at the admission stage.

Prima facie, the impugned order appears to be completely contrary to the mandate of Section 21-A of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960, as none of the members of Respondent No. 3-Society, which comprises 18 members, have been heard. 7.
The impugned order dated 29th March, 2023 therefore shall remain stayed till the next date.
