The present petition has been filed seeking directions to Respondent No. 3 - The Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, to decide the proposal dated 02.02.2024 for approval of the Petitioner's appointment to the post of Shikshan Sevak within a stipulated period. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that only the decision on the proposal dated 02.02.2024, if taken, would suffice the purpose of the Petition. 2.

The learned AGP waives notice for Respondent Nos. 1 to 3. Since the matter is pending before Respondent No. 3, the learned AGP, upon instructions, submits that the said proposal would be decided within a period of eight (8) weeks.

We accept the statement made by learned AGP as an undertaking and dispose of the writ petition by directing Respondent No. 3 to decide the aforementioned proposal within a period of eight (8) weeks.
