Having heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and having perused the Judgment relied upon by the petitioners i.e. the Judgments of this Court in the case of Babasaheb s/o Apparao Akat & Ors. v/s The State of Maharashtra & Ors.1 and in the case of Arun Babasaheb Dake & Ors. v/s The State of Maharashtra & Ors.2, in the meantime, no policy decision to be taken by the Administrator, so appointed by the Government.
