The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner would deposit 50% of the outstanding amount in this court. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also brought a copy of the Demand Draft of Rs.1,00,000/-, dated 23.09.2025, bearing no.001126, in the name of the Registrar of this court. 3.

The petitioner shall deposit the Demand Draft by tomorrow.

The petitioner is put to notice that if the petitioner fails to deposit balance amount as submitted by him within a period of six (06) weeks, the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- would stand forfeited.

Considering the above submissions, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 20.11.2025. The learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents / State Authorities. 6.

The attachment on the properties as made by the respondent / bank would continue to operate, however, possession shall not be taken for the period of six (06) weeks. 7.

Stand over to 20.11.2025.
