By this petition, the petitioner has put-forth the following prayers :- "a.

That, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or direction directing to the Respondent No.2 to accept the proposal of the Petitioners of Rs.1,46,25,000/- as one time settlement amount under deposit matching scheme; b.

Pending the hearing and final disposal of the Writ Petition no action may be taken against the Petitioners regarding recovery of loan amount;

c.

Ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b) or (c) as mentioned - above may kindly be granted;

Any other just and appropriate order may be passed in the interest of justice."

Ms. Mangave, learned counsel for the petitioners makes a statement that petitioners would deposit in this Court a sum of Rs.1,46,25,000/- within a period of 14 days from today. 3.

Subject to such deposit, issue notice to the respondents returnable on 27th February 2026.
