At the outset, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to amend to delete the names of the respondent Nos.1 and 5 from the array of the respondents. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith, during the course of the day. 1/3

By this petition, the petitioner essentially seeks a direction to the respondent No.2 to decide the petitioner's representations / complaints dated 5th June, 2025 and 10th June, 2025. 4.

Without going into the merits of the petition and all the representations / complaints made by the petitioner to the respondent No.2, we dispose of the aforesaid petition, with a direction to the respondent No.2 to decide the petitioner's aforesaid representations / complaints, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order, in accordance with law.

We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of the petitioner's representations / complaints and as such, all contentions of all the parties are kept open. 2/3
