By this Writ Petition, the Petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for a direction to Respondent No.4 - State to take appropriate action against the Respondent College Management for refund of Rs.1,04,863/- illegally collected from the Petitioner in the academic years of 2020-21, 2021-22 and 2024-25 with due interest.

Heard the learned counsel for the parties. The Petitioner has filed a complaint dated 11 April 2025 with Respondent No.4 and decision on the complaint is yet to be taken.

The learned AGP appearing for Respondent Nos.4 to 6, on instructions of the officer present, states that the Respondent No.4 will Pallavi 1/2

2 905-WP-11546-2025 (C).doc decide the complaint dated 11 April 2025 restricted to prayer clause (g) in the Petition within a period of two months from today and the decision on the complaint will be communicated by the Respondent No.4 to the Petitioner within a period of one week thereafter. This statement is accepted.

Mr. Kanetkar, learned counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.1 and 2, on instructions, states that the Show-Cause Notice dated 24 March 2025 served upon the Petitioner by the Respondent - College Management has not been acted upon and no action will be taken on the Show-Cause Notice dated 24 March 2025. This statement is accepted. 5.

In view of the above statements, nothing survives in the Writ Petition and is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 6.
