This 'Couple convenience' matter pertains to a grievance of the Petitioner No.1 having already been issued a transfer order dated 30th December, 2023, under the Teacher Transfer Management System operated for the Government of Maharashtra, Rural Development Department, but not being relieved. His wife is already working at Kolhapur. SUNNY THOTE

The grievance of Petitioner No.2 is also that though he has been issued a transfer order dated 30th December, 2023, under the Teacher Transfer Management System operated for the Government of Maharashtra, Rural Development Department, he is not being relieved.

The learned Advocate for the Zilla Parishad, Palghar submits, on instructions, that the Palghar Zilla Parishad is now recruiting around one thousand posts on contractual basis. Once that occurs or in the months of April-May, 2026, whichever is earlier, the transfer order dated 30th December, 2023 would be implemented. 4.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners are satisfied.
