In this Petition, the Petitioners submit that they have already received a No Objection Certificate ('NOC') for transfer from Palghar Zilla Parishad to Pune Municipal Corporation. However, nothing has progressed thereafter.

Considering the above and the fact that we are in mid September 2025, we would not issue a Writ of Mandamus. We would only observe that the Authorities concerned i.e. the Palghar SUNNY THOTE

11-WP-11564-2025-(C).odt Zilla Parishand and Pune Municipal Corporation, would consider as to whether it is practicable and feasible to proceed with the inter district/inter service transfer of the Petitioners. If it concludes in favour of the Petitioners, such a decision be implemented in AprilMay, 2026. 3.

With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
