This motion is moved by the learned Advocate for the Respondent -Union Territory for speaking to the minutes of the judgment dated 29th September, 2025.

It is pointed out that in the sixth line in paragraph 16, it has been recorded as "...though the Petitioner had applied for MBBS Course admission from the open category......". The words "compelled to apply from the open category" need to be reflected. Therefore, the words "was compelled to apply" shall replace the word "had applied". Paragraph 16 be corrected accordingly. The learned Advocate for the Respondent -Union Territory submits with regret that his statement on instructions was recorded in the last sentence of paragraph 19 that, "...the seats would be transferred to the OBC Category, then, from OBC Category to the E.W.S category and then to the Open category". Factually, ST seats would be transferred to the SC category and then to the open category.

In view of the above, the last sentence in paragraph 19 shall be replaced with following sentence :

"He further submits that the vacant ST seats would be transferred to the SC category and then to the open category".
