By this Writ Petition, the Petitioner is seeking directions to the DRT-1, Mumbai to hear and decide Interim Application No.1293 of 2025 in Securitisation Application No.69 of 2025 expeditiously within a period of one month in accordance with the provisions of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 and in compliance with the principles of natural justice. Further, prayer is sought for setting aside the Order dated 08th May 2025 and to allow the Interim Application No.1293/2025.

Mr. Desouza, learned Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 has sought time to file an Affidavit-in-Reply to place on record the 1/2

The Respondent Nos.1 and 2 shall file their Affidavit-in-Reply on or before 01st October 2025. It is informed to this Court that the Interim Application has been placed by the DRT-1 on 30th September, 2025. 4.
