By this Writ Petition, the Petitioner, who is successful auction purchaser has sought for direction to the DRT - 1 Mumbai to hear and decide the Interim Application No.1293 of 2025 filed by the Petitioner in Securitisation Application No. 69 of 2025 expeditiously within a period of one month in accordance with the provisions of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 and in compliance with the principles of natural justice. 1/2

There is prayer for setting aside the Order dated 8th May 2025 and to allow the Interim Application No.1293 of 2025, which is not pressed. 3.

Mr. Shah, Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner has referred to the fact that the Petitioner - successful auction purchaser has paid the entire sale proceeds for the purchase of the secured Assets, described as the said property in Paragraph-3 of the Writ Petition. 4.

Considering that, a date has been fixed by the DRT-1 of 19th November 2025 for hearing of the said Interim Application and that written submissions have been directed to be filed by the parties, we consider it appropriate to direct the DRT-1 to hear and dispose of the Interim Application No.1293 of 2025 filed by the Petitioner in Securitisation Application No.65 of 2025 expeditiously and in any event within a period of 8 weeks from today.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed off. 6.

There shall be no order as to costs.
