Learned AGP tenders the copy of order dated 10.09.2025 granting approval to the petitioner. The said order is taken on record and marked as Exh. 'X'. In the light of order dated 10.09.2025 the Advocate for the petitioner states that nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present petition and, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty that in case any of the terms or condition incorporated in the order dated 10.09.2025, it would cause prejudice to the petitioner, then he may be at liberty to challenge the same. Keeping the liberty open the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
