In view of the consensus of parties, Mr. Talkute, learned Advocate, is requested to act as mediator.

Parties to appear before mediator on 6th November 2025. 7.
The mediator may hold as many mediation meetings and submit his report to this Court within a period of six weeks from the date of appearance of parties.
