We have perused the prayers put forth by the Petitioner. 2.

Respondent No. 2 is required to consider the building plans/drawings submitted by the Petitioner in accordance with the Development Control Regulations. The grievance raised is that these plans are still pending consideration.

The learned Advocate representing Respondent Nos. 2 to 5, on instructions, submits that the said drawings/building plans would be 1/2

Trupti 936-wp-11649-2025 considered strictly in accordance with the Development Control Regulations and the applicable Rules, within the time frame as the Court may grant.

In view of the above, the Competent Authority would follow the due procedure laid down in law and consider the building plans/ drawings submitted by the Petitioner in terms of the Development Control Regulations, on or before 30th November, 2025. 5.
