Normally we would not have entertained this Petition since the dispute is between the private individuals viz. the Petitioners and Respondent Nos. 3 and 4, private builders indulging in constructions and development, who are at logger heads due to the allegations by the Petitioners that Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 have indulged in encroachment on their lands. Such matters ought to travel to the Civil Courts for joint measurement, demarcation of boundaries and consequential orders. 2.

However, since the hearing before the Respondent No. 2 Talwalkar

910.WP11675.2025.odt Authority on the complaints made by the Petitioners is concluded on 05.09.2023 and written notes of submissions have been tendered by all the stakeholders, as per the statement of the learned Advocate for the Petitioners, we are directing Respondent No. 2 to conclude the said proceedings and pass a reasoned final order, on or before 15th October, 2025. A copy of this order, obtained from the Official Website of the Bombay High Court, shall be served by the Petitioners on the Respondent No. 2 by speed post A/D, urgently and within 10 days from today.
