On perusal of the election program, it appears that the voting is scheduled to take place tomorrow, i.e., 10 September 2025. The grievance raised by the petitioner cannot, therefore, be adjudicated without presence of the society's appearance. Hence, it shall be open for the petitioner to raise his grievance in the election petition under Section 91 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960.

Keeping all contentions open in the writ petition open to be agitated in the proceedings under Section 91 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960, the writ petition stands disposed of.
