The impugned order pertains to the acceptance of nomination papers. Since Section 91 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 provides a remedy by way of election, and the voting is scheduled for tomorrow, no interference at this stage is called for.

This Court has not adjudicated the petitioners' claim on merits.

However, it shall be open for the petitioners' to raise all their contentions before the authority constituted under Section 91 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. 4.

All the writ petitions stand disposed of.
