Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.P. for the respondents-State.

By this petition, the only relief pressed by the learned counsel for the petitioners is a direction to the Sub-Divisional Officer, Vasai, District-Palghar (SDO) to decide the petitioners stay application, which the petitioners have filed in Appeal bearing 1/3

No.Kr.VD/Tenancy/Appeal No.6 of 2025, as expeditiously as possible. 3.

It appears that against the order dated 30th July 2025 passed by the Tahsildar in Case No.84K/06/2010, the petitioners have filed Appeal bearing No.Kr.VD/Tenancy/Appeal No.6 of 2025, before the SDO, Vasai, District-Palghar. In the said appeal the petitioners have filed Interim Application seeking stay of the impugned order dated 30th July 2025. The only relief sought by the petitioners is that the SDO, Vasai, District-Palghar, be directed to decide the stay application filed by the petitioners, as expeditiously as possible. 4.

Learned A.G.P. on instructions of Assistant Revenue Officer-Anita Jangam, who is present before this Court, states that the stay application filed by the petitioners in Appeal bearing No.Kr.VD/Tenancy/Appeal No.6 of 2025, which is pending before the SDO, Vasai, District-Palghar, will be decided within two weeks from today. Statement accepted.

In view of the statement made by the learned A.G.P., on instructions, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition. The petition stands disposed of accordingly. 6.

Needless to state, that we have not gone into the merits of the impugned order dated 30th July 2025 passed by the Tahsildar, and as such all contentions of all parties on merits are kept open. 7.

The petitioners to appear before the SDO, Vasai, DistrictPalghar, today i.e. 9th October 2025 at 03:00 p.m. Learned A.G.P. states that the officer present today in Court will communicate the order passed today, to the SDO, Vasai, District-Palghar. Statement accepted.
