By the last communication dated 26th March 2025, the Superintendent of the Salary and Pay Unit (Secondary), Alibag, Raigad, Respondent No. 4 herein, has called upon the Headmaster of the school to submit certain documents and details. However, the Management has not responded to the said communication.

In view of the above, since an innocuous prayer is put forth, we are not issuing notice. Suffice it to say that the Management shall submit a comprehensive compilation of the documents, in the light of the 1/2

Trupti 938-wp-11703-2025 communication dated 26th March 2025, to Respondent No. 4, on or before 15th October 2025.

Let the said compilation be complete in all respects. Thereafter, Respondent No. 4 shall scrutinize all the documents placed before him and arrive at a decision, on or before 15th December, 2025. If any adverse order is passed, the same shall contain reasons. If a favourable order is passed, the concerned authorities shall initiate steps for clearing the dues expeditiously and, preferably, within a period of 45 days. 4.

In view of the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
