We have perused the Order of Suspension dated 10/07/2025, which is almost word-to-word identical to the earlier Suspension Order dated 02/04/2025, which has been withdrawn by the management before this Court in Writ Petition No. 5716 of 2025. The only sentence added to the impugned order is that the suspension would be for only one month from 10/07/2025 till 09/08/2025. Gayatri Shimpi

It is an admitted position that the request sent by the Agricultural Produce Market Committee, Nashik to the Competent Authority seeking post facto permission to suspend and the continuance of the suspension beyond 30 days, is still not met with a decision. In short, the said Application is still pending. 3.

The learned Senior Advocate for the APMC submits that there is no dispute that the impugned Suspension Order is effective only till 09/08/2025.

In our view, the Suspension Order dated 10/07/2025 has lost its efficacy from 10/08/2025. As such, the Petitioner would be entitled to full salary from 10/08/2025.
