By this petition, the petitioner essentially seeks a direction to the respondent No.4 to decide the petitioner's application dated 26th December 2023. The said application is at Exhibit 'G' page 46 of the petition. By the said application the petitioner seeks stringent and immediate action under Section 84C of the Maharashtra Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act.

Learned A.G.P. on instructions states that the petitioner's application will be decided within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Statement accepted.
