Both the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Pune as well as the Education Officer are unable to connect through VC.

Learned counsel for the respondent No.2 assures that scrutiny of the bills will be done within two days and forwarded to the Government latest by Monday.

Stand over to 19th November 2025 at 3.00 p.m. 5.

Both the authorities should remain present through VC on the next date. If they are unable to connect, they must remain present personally.
