This petition was kept today for recording compliance of the order dated 19th September, 2025.

Since the order dated 19th September, 2025 was not complied with, the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Pune, as well as the Education Officer, were directed to appear before us today, through V.C.

Mr. Kapadnis, learned Counsel appearing for the respondent No.2 - The Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Pune states that the respondents have sanctioned the petitioners' proposal for Rs.3,29,99,958/- and have forwarded the proposal to the State Government. Statement accepted.

Learned A.G.P, on instructions, states that the said amount of Rs.3,29,99,958/- will be disbursed within one week from today to the Director of Education (Primary). He further states that thereafter, 2/3

the Director of Education (Primary) will transfer the said amount to the Education Officer (Primary) also within four working days. Statement accepted. Thereafter, the Education Officer (Primary) to forthwith transmit the said amount as stated aforesaid, directly into the petitioners' account, also within four working days. 5.

Needless to state, that the petitioners are at liberty to raise the balance amount since according to them the amount due and payable to them is Rs.3,32,48,658/- and not Rs.3,29,99,958/-. If the said proposal is sent, the respondent No.2 to decide the same within three weeks from the date of receipt of the said proposal. 6.
