This petition is moved for speaking to the minutes of order dated 18 September 2025.

In the order dated 18 September, 2025, the following corrections are to be carried out:
(i) The appearance of learned counsel Mr. Aditya Lele for respondent no. 5 be shown in the appearance column.
(ii) In paragraph 2 on page 3 last line, the words "in terms of the consent terms which are to the following effect" be deleted and substituted by "on the following terms as agreed between the parties". (iii) In paragraph 2(i) on page 4, second line from bottom, after "Rs.250/- per sq.ft." add the words "per month".

(v) In paragraph 2(viii) last line, after the words "tenant occupants" the following sentence be added - "by MHADA in the certified tenant list of Shop no. 1 of Botawala Building within four weeks from today." (vi) In paragraph 3, last line "in terms of the consent terms which are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification" be deleted and substituted with "as per the consent terms in terms of the aforesaid consensus as arrived between the parties".

The order dated 18 September 2025 be corrected accordingly and made available to the parties.
