Mr. Sangvikar, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner tenders orders dated 28th August 2025 passed by the Additional Collector and Appellate Authority in Appeal No.879 of 2025 and Appeal No.902 of 2025.

Both the Appeals have been filed under Section 35 of the Maharashtra Slum Areas (Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment) Act, 1971.

As far as the order dated 28th August 2025 passed in Appeal No.879 of 2025, the Additional Collector and Appellate Authority has directed the Competent Authority to pass speaking order with respect to the eviction. Thus, the apprehension of the Petitioner that he will be evicted immediately doesn't survive. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. 5.
