The challenge in the present Petition is to the clubbing of tenders which has been issued by the Respondent Nos.2 & 3. 2.

By placing reliance on the Government Resolutions (G.R.) dated 17th December 2016 and dated 19th September 2017 issued by the Public Works Department, Mr. Chavan, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that the clubbing of the tenders is permitted only if osk 1 of

920-Wp-11755-2025.doc where the work is one continuous length of the road and not in respect of works which are distinctly apart from each other. 3.

Mr. Aradhye, learned counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.2 & 3 seeks time as the Petition was served upon the Respondent Nos.2 & 3 on 15th October 2025. He would further dispute the applicability of the G.R.'s, which are issued by the Public Works Department and would submit that the tenders in the present case are in respect of internal roads and laying of drainage line. He seeks time to file Affidavit-in-Reply. 4.

Let the Affidavit-in-Reply be filed within a period of three weeks from today.
