FARAD CONTINUATION SHEET NO.

IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY

CIVIL APPELLATE JURISDICTION Writ Petition (Stamp) No. 23086 of 2025 Office Notes, Office Memoranda of Coram, appearance, Court's orders or directions and Court's or Judge's order Registrar's orders None Present.

Coram : S.R.AGRAWAL I/C REGISTRAR (JUDL-I) Date : 08/09/2025 The aforesaid writ petition was notified on 23rd July 2025 for removal of office objections as provided under Rule 3 sub rule (ii) of the Chapter XVII of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960 (for short 'Rules 1960').

The learned Advocate and the Petitioner/s have failed to remove office objections. Therefore, by virtue of Rule 3 sub rule (iii) of Chapter XVII of the Rules 1960, the aforesaid Writ Petition was listed on the board of Registrar (Judicial-I) on 21st August 2025.

The Registrar (Judicial-I) vide order dated 21st August 2025 had granted two weeks time to the learned Advocate for the Petitioner/Petitioners to remove office

objections. Despite specific directions, the office objections are not removed till date.

Having considered the provisions under Rule 3 of Chapter XVII of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960, period of 14 days is prescribed for removal of office objections.

In the circumstances, registration of above Writ Petition deserves to be refused.

However, instead of passing adverse order outrightly, it would be just and proper to give one more opportunity subject to condition.

In turn, the learned Advocate and the Petitioner/s are directed to remove office objections within two weeks without fail. On failure, registration of the above numbered Writ Petition including Interim Applications, if any, would stand refused automatically without further reference to the Court of Registrar.
