Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. 2.

It appears that though the Petitioner is the owner of the subject premises, the application for unilateral deed of deemed conveyance came to be allowed without impleading the Petitioner as party Respondent. The said fact becomes evident from the observations in the order dated 7 February 2025.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 11 December 2025. 4.

Learned AGP waives service on behalf of Respondent Nos.1, 2 and 16. 5.
