Issue notice to the respondents. Learned AGP waives notice for respondent No.1/State. Learned Advocate Mr. S. B. Pulkundwar waives notice for respondent Nos.2 to 4 and raises objection for maintainability of the petition, however, he needs to take more instructions before he makes the further submissions.

It appears that both the petitioners were earlier transferred under the order dated 23.02.2024 and they had resumed their duties at the respective places and again by order dated 03.10.2025, they have been again [1]

906-wp-11758-2025.odt transferred. According to the petitioners, they were not due for transfer and their representations have not been considered at all. According to the petitioners, these transfers are also against the Government Resolution dated 18.06.2024.

The affidavit-in-reply, if any, on behalf of the respondents to be filed within a period of three weeks from today. Copy of the same be given to the other side in advance.

Place the matter for further consideration on 08.12.2025. 6.

In the meantime, there shall be status quo i.e. the petitioners to continue their services at the transferred places in view of order dated 23.02.2024.
