This matter was actually disposed off on 16th April, 2026, in the light of the Order dated 5th January 2026, passed in Writ Petition No. 1833 of 2022 and the connected group of cases (Mr. Laxman Shivaji Godse and Ors Vs. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner and the learned Advocate for the Management submit that the same order passed in Mr. Laxman Shivaji Godse (supra), be made applicable in this case. 3.
In view of the above, for the reasons recorded, and the directions issued in Mr. Laxman Shivaji Godse (supra), this Petition is disposed off.

In accordance with the directions issued in Mr. Laxman Shivaji Godse (supra), the Petitioner's case would be considered by the Joint Director. Issue as to whether allowances are to be included in the salary package available under the 7th pay commission recommendations, is also to be considered by the Joint Director subject to hearing all the parties. The timeline granted in Mr. Laxman Shivaji Godse (supra), would also apply to the case of the present Petition.
