The learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that in this Petition by order dated 10th September 2025, ad-interim was granted in favour of the Petitioner to the effect that the Respondent No.2-Bank would not act upon auction notice dated 13th August 2025. Ad-interim order continued and the Petition was to be listed on 8th December 2025. But it appears that the same could not be included in the cause title. Thereafter, due to oversight, a specific prayer was not made before this Court for continuing the ad-interim relief. 3.

It is further submitted that there is no specific date now allotted to the petition and in the absence of the ad-interim order being continued, the Respondent No. 2 - Bank has issued a fresh auction notice dated 9th January 2026 indicating that the auction notice would varsha

Considering the fact that this Court had indeed granted adinterim relief in terms of the order dated 10th September 2025. It is directed that this Petition shall now be listed for further consideration on 30th January 2026, 'High Board'.
