After arguing for some time and when this Court was inclined to dismiss the petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions of Mr. Andrade Maxiy, partner of the petitioner firm, seeks permission withdraw the writ petition. He submits that the petitioner will make a suitable proposal before the respondent No.2-Cooperative Bank, for putting an end to the dispute.

In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The ad-interim order dated 10th September 2025 stands vacated.
