PER COURT :

The present Writ Petition takes exception to order dated 23.09.2025 passed by learned Sub Divisional Officer, Ahilyanagar Division, Ahilyanagar in Revision No.397 of 2025, whereby petitioners prayer for stay of execution and implementation of order passed by Tahsildar/Mamlatdar under section 5(2) of Mamlatdar's Courts Act, pending revision, has been rejected.

Learned Advocate appearing for petitioners submits that Revision No.397 of 2025 is finally heard by Sub Divisional Officer and same is reserved for judgment. If that is state of affairs, present Writ Petition can be disposed of as under :

ORDER

(i) Learned Sub Divisional Officer, Ahilyanagar shall endeavour to decide pending Revision No.397 of 2025 within a period of two weeks from today.

(ii) Till then, parties shall maintain status quo as regards to suit way.
