Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner is aggrieved by transfer order dated 22nd August 2025, passed by respondent - Zilla Parishad, Latur. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner relies upon orders passed in the cases of similarly situated employees by this Court at the Principal Seat as well as this Bench. The petitioner is raising the ground about the impugned transfer being a mid term transfer without any special reasons being assigned, by relying upon clause 5.6 of the Government Resolution dated 18th June 2024, which specifies that ordinarily transfers shall be undertaken between 01st May and 31st May of each year.

The petitioner further relies upon clause 1.9.6 of the said Government Resolution, which pertains to couple convenience. 4.

It is specifically asserted that till date the petitioner has not been relieved from her present posting. In such cases, this Court has been granting order of status quo till the next date. 5.

In that light, issue notice, returnable on 04th October 2025. 6.

Mr. Ghayal, learned AGP waives notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2.
