The order impugned in the present petition has been passed in exercise of powers under Section 152 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 ("MCS Act"). Against such an order, the petitioner has a statutory remedy of filing a revision before the competent Revisional Authority.

Hence, keeping all questions raised in the present petition open to be agitated in such revision proceedings. If such revision is filed, the Revisional Authority shall decide the revision as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law.

The period spent in prosecuting the present writ petition shall stand excluded while computing the period of limitation for filing the revision application.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
