At the outset, Mr. Dheeraj Patil, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks to implead Additional Divisional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune as party to the Writ Petition. Amendment be carried out forthwith. Re-verification is dispensed with. 2.

Yesterday the matter was mentioned seeking urgent circulation as it is the submission of Mr. Dheeraj Patil, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner that, by the impugned Order dated 21st March 2025, the stay Application filed in Revision No.66 of 2025 pending before the Additional Divisional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune is rejected and
919-WP-11779-2025.doc as a result of that the execution was kept yesterday. Mr. Patil, learned Counsel states that, however, as this Court granted circulation of this Writ Petition for today, now the execution is kept on 15th October 2025. 4.
Mr. Dheeraj Patil, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, states that the said Revision No.66 of 2025 is placed for hearing on 29th September 2025 before the Additional Divisional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune.

In the facts and circumstances, the learned Additional Divisional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune is requested to dispose of the said Revision No.66 of 2025 on or before 15th October 2025. 6.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
