At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner presses for only prayer clause 'a', which reads thus:- "a Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction, directing Respondent no.1 and 2 to immediately initiate, investigate the complaint filed by the Petitioner."

As far as prayer clauses 'b' to 'd' are concerned, since learned counsel for the petitioner does not press for the said reliefs, we are not required to consider the same.

Learned A.G.P. on instructions states that the petitioner's complaint was heard on 12th August 2025 and that the matter is now posted for orders. She states that appropriate orders will be passed on the same, within two weeks from today. Statement accepted. 4.
In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned A.G.P., on instructions, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition, since this is the only relief sought for in this petition. The petition stands disposed of accordingly. 5.
We make it clear, that we have not gone into the merits of the petitioner's complaint made before the respondent Nos.1 and 2, and as such all contentions of all parties on merits are kept open. 6.
To be placed under the caption 'for compliance' on 8th October 2025.
