Mr. Bharatkumar Nukte, the learned counsel for the petitioners in both the writ petitions states that if the Ulhasnagar Municipal Corporation has taken a decision to withdraw the subject tender, these petitioners are not inclined to press these writ petitions.

Mr. Vijay Patil, the learned senior counsel for the Ulhasnagar Municipal Corporation states that a decision has been taken by the
916&917-WP.11849.2025+1.doc competent Authority to withdraw the Notice Inviting Tender bearing Tender Reference No. UMC/PHD/CT-PT_001 of 2025-26 dated 20th August 2025 to enable the Municipal Corporation to issue a fresh tender, for the reason only one bidder qualified in the technical bid.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, Writ Petition No. 11849 of 2025 and Writ Petition No. 11850 of 2025 are disposed of. However, it shall remain the liberty with the petitioners to reinforce JAYANT VISHWANATH SALUNKE their rights and submissions, if need so arises.
