Learned Senior Counsel Shri P.R. Katneshwarkar, points out the approval order which is at page Nos. 244, 252 of the petition. He particularly points out para No. 18. The learned senior counsel also points out page No. 159, 160, 163 of the petition of the approved resolution plan. The learned senior counsel has relied upon the judgment in the case of Electrosteel Steel Limited Vs. Ispat Carrier Private Limited and the judgment in the case of Committee of Creditors of Essar India Limited Vs. Satish Kumar Gupta & Ors. and contends that once a resolution plan is duly approved by the adjudicating authority under sub-section (1) of Section 31, all claims which are not part of the resolution plan shall stand extinguished and no liability can be fasten upon the SRA. 3.

The learned counsel for the respondent/employee seeks time to reply above legal arguments. On his request, stand over to 20.12.2025 at 4.00 p.m.
