20.WP-11879-2025 premature, learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the Petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner will appear before the concerned authority pursuant to the said show cause notice. 2.

The Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn. 3.

We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of the show cause notice and as such keep all contentions of all parties on merits open.
