The Petitioner desires that this Court should issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the University and the Respondents to clear his outstanding professional fees along with interest at such rate as this Court deems fit and proper.

The Hon'ble Supreme Court has held that this Court should not entertain matters having the semblance of a recovery Suit.

We only observe that if there is any undisputed amount payable to the Petitioner, the Respondents may clear the said amount as expeditiously as possible, preferably within 60 days from today.
