A private individual is aggrieved by the damage caused to his property by three private individuals, who are Respondent Nos. 4 to 6. According to the Petitioner, the construction carried out by them is illegal and has caused damage to his property. The Corporation has initiated some steps in this regard. 2.

In view of the above, we direct that if the Corporation has taken cognizance of the dispute, it shall proceed with issuing notices and take the matter to a logical end expeditiously and without delay. In case of any disputed issues, the Petitioner is at liberty to approach the Civil Court for appropriate relief. Gauri Gaekwad
