An arguable question is raised, as to whether the petitioner could have been impleaded as a party defendant to the suit in the face of the order passed by this Court in WP/2205/2020 dated 7th May, 2024 setting aside an earlier order passed by the trial Court impleading the petitioner as a party defendant in the individual capacity?

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 3rd November, 2025.
