The petitioners claim to have been appointed through a category of persons with disability and had furnished disability certificate issued by the Medical Board in consonance with the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, long back when they were appointed as Assistant Teachers with respondent Nos.4 and 5 - Zilla Parishad School. By the impugned communication, they have been asked to appear before the doctors at Civil Hospital, Ahilyanagar / Nashik for re-assessment.
