Let Respondent No.2 decide the said proposal by following the due procedure laid down in law. If there are any objections, Respondent No.2 shall raise all objections at once and communicate the same to Petitioner No.2 within 30 days from today. Thereafter, Petitioner No.2 shall cure all the deficiencies and submit the revised proposal within 15 days. Subsequently, Respondent No.2 would pass a reasoned order within a period of 30 days and communicate the said order to the Management within 7 days of its passing.
